Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24 1982) is an American political commentator from the United States. She was previously a presidential candidate for Senate in the United States, and a TV presenter on MSNBC. She was frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill’s Rising, along with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they would not be on the show at the end of May in 2021. They planned to launch their own venture, called Breaking Points. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has been featured on various networks' programs, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is able to attribute her new interest in politics to her experience after becoming an expectant mother in the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to observe the effect it had on the citizens of her home country and gained an appreciation for the worldwide reach of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district for the 2010 election, losing to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She was co-host of the MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. She established the People's House Project, an action committee working for Democratic causes in May of 2017.
